Join us for a comprehensive Back2Basic workshop tailored for social service designees seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. This session delves into the fundamental principles of social services in Long Term Care Communities along with the federal regulations. This workshop will provide an understanding of key concepts, ethical considerations, and best practices. Through engaging discussions and practical scenarios, participants will gain valuable insights to strengthen their foundation as LTC SSDs and leave with a tool kit to assist them in role. Participants will also have the opportunity to create their own network of SSDs across the state through connections made during this workshop.
Registration includes 1 full day of in person training and two follow-up live virtual sessions.
