Course Description:

Faculty:
Ralph Peterson
Ralph Peterson is a senior care advocate, strategic leadership consultant, and process engineer. He has the unique ability to help leadership teams work together to focus on resident experience, customer engagement, and employee satisfaction. He has helped senior care communities reduce turnover, increase retention, and most importantly, increase the quality of life for the residents they serve. Ralph has spoken and worked with senior care organizations large and small all over the United States and Canada. He is a best-selling author, internationally syndicated columnist, a Quality Award Master Examiner (AHCA/NCAL), and consultant. He is also a former U.S. Marine and proud grandfather.
Registration & Other Information
- One registration covers the whole building. As many individuals employed at one physical location can attend the workshop under one registration fee. A recording of this event is NOT included in the registration fee.
- Although one registration covers the whole building, the speaker requires that all attendees participate in this workshop from their own device. Large groups viewing from one shared device is not allowed.
- The speaker also requires that attendees keep their cameras on for the duration of the workshop.
