EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE
Tuesday, September 15
- 1:30–5:00 PM | Vendor Move-In & Booth Setup
- This is the ONLY move-in window. All booths must be completely set up on Tuesday.
- CHECK IN AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH.
- 6:00 PM | Awards Dinner & Reception | Arena
- An RSVP was required at the time of registration.
- Walk-ins are not allowed.
- Dress your best – no jeans!
Wednesday, September 16 – TRADE SHOW DAY
- 9:30 AM | Opening Keynote
- Exhibitors are welcome to join us in the arena!
- Approximately 10:30 AM | Booth Access
- Booth access will be available after the Opening Keynote concludes.
- 11:20 AM–2:15 PM | TRADE SHOW
- 2:15 PM | Tear Down
- Tear down will begin immediately following the conclusion of the Trade Show.
- Silent Auction items must be picked up at the conclusion of the auction on Wednesday at 3:45.
Thursday, September 17 – Education Day
- Exhibitors are welcome to attend education sessions included with their registration.
