Course Description:
This session of the Restorative Nursing Series will review best practices for overall program management and oversight of the RNP in the NF/SNF. Attendees will review daily, weekly, and discharge supportive documentation requirements and discuss key components of each. This session will include examples of several sample RNP periodic evaluations for various restorative programs, including sample charting related to a post COVID+ resident. Quality assurance processes will be discussed and a QA monitoring tool provided to guide ongoing performance improvement efforts.
