KHCA/KCAL represents more than 260 long-term care facilities, providing care and services to more than 20,000 convalescent and chronically ill Kansans. Our Annual Convention, which is held in the fall, draws approximately 350 attendees, the majority of which are administrators, AL operators, nurses, social workers and direct care staff. We also hold an Assisted Living Conference every spring and a Nurse Leadership Conference every summer. Our audience is experienced and knowledgeable and expects the most current information and highest-quality training available. The audience expects to leave KHCA/KCAL education events with immediately implementable information and ideas.
