Course Description:
This third session will focus on the development of an individualized, person-centered activity program, that is based on the Activity Assessment and Comprehensive Care Plan.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the relationship of the MDS and Activity Assessment to the development of the activity program.
- List program guidelines that should be adhered to in the development of activity programming.
- Describe CMS requirements as they relate to specialty programming.
