Course Description:
In the dynamic and demanding environment of SNFs/NFs, accurate and comprehensive documentation is paramount. This presentation is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to create supportive and thorough documentation for managing elopement risk and incidents. Participants will be equipped to navigate the complexities of documenting the elopement risks and incidents and leave with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape, enhanced communication skills, and practical strategies for creating comprehensive and supportive documentation. Learning Objectives
