Course Description:
This session will review past cited IJ deficiencies for abuse and neglect and the Plans of Correction for those deficiencies. Discussion will include tips and strategies for best practices for prevention of the cited tags.
Projected Learning Outcomes/Course Objectives: At the conclusion of each session, the learner will:
- Become familiar with abuse and neglect deficient practices that result in an Immediate Jeopardy
- Identify PoC interventions for addressing abuse and neglect deficiencies
- Understand best practice strategies for preventing abuse and neglect citations
