C3 De-escalation® Training for Long Term Care Professionals
Fast. Effective. Practical.
C3 De-escalation® provides Long Term Care professionals with immediate, practical strategies to help manage challenging situations before they escalate. This evidence-informed approach bridges the gap between the use of restraints and long-term therapeutic interventions by combining emerging brain research from Yale with real-world practices from care facilities across the country.
Designed to be non-contact, respectful, and trauma-informed, C3 De-escalation® promotes safety and dignity for both residents and staff. This interactive workshop uses plain language and practical application to equip participants with tools they can begin using immediately.
Through the C3 De-escalation® Workbook, participants will develop a personalized action plan designed to address their unique situations and challenges.
