Course Description:

In this session, we will delve into the critical issue of changes in conditions in nursing homes. We’ll explore strategies to prevent change in condition related citation. Learn how to assess the risk and implement effective safeguards to prevent change in condition related immediate jeopardy citations.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand the regulatory requirements related to changes in condition.
  2. Identify common risk areas related to changes in condition.
  3. Learn effective strategies for appropriately managing changes in condition.
  4. Review recent immediate jeopardy situations related to changes in condition for real-world insights.
