Course Description:
In the dynamic landscape of skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), providing quality dialysis care requires meticulous and supportive documentation. This presentation is tailored to equip healthcare professionals in SNFs with the essential skills and knowledge needed to create comprehensive and accurate documentation for individuals undergoing dialysis.
Learning Objectives
- Participants will acquire the skills to conduct thorough assessments of residents undergoing dialysis, including vital signs, fluid balance, and relevant health parameters.
- Participants will gain an understanding of the regulatory requirements governing dialysis care documentation.
