The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator directs the day to day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and company regulations and policies.
Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
Promotes and protects the rights of all patients.
Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
Remain up to date with regulatory updates through company and outside resources.
