Course Description:
This session will focus on the specifics for efficient and productive team meetings that assist the Skin/Wound Management and Nutrition at Risk committees to identify the “Root Cause” of these conditions and the interventions necessary to prevent and treat/manage them.
Learning Objectives
- Identify the data and information needed for Skin/Wound Management and Nutrition at Risk meetings.
- Recognize the tools that can be used for data gathering to successfully guide the meetings on Skin/Wound Management and Nutrition at Risk.
- Describe the techniques that can be used to maximize effective meeting communication and collaboration.
